By entering into a business agreement with UnivDatos, you agree to be accountable and abide by the law and regulations laid down by the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Any disputes, suits, complaints, litigation, claim or any other matter arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive Noida Jurisdiction.
