Any cancellation request will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of UnivDatos.
If the cancellation is approved, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.

If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, subject to the customer’s bank or payment provider policies.
 

4.⁠ ⁠Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of payment are less likely to be approved.
Once the report has been accessed, downloaded, or shared, the purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable for custom research or consulting services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
